Commerce Control List (CCL) Order of Review
The CCL Order of Review Decision Tool guides users through the steps for reviewing the Commerce Control List (supplement no. 4 to part 774 of the EAR) to determine the correct classification for their item.
Specially Designed
The "Specially Designed" Decision Tool helps users determine if an item qualifies as "specially designed" under the Export Administration Regulations (as defined in Section 772.1 of the EAR).
Strategic Trade Authorization (STA)
The Strategic Trade Authorization (STA) Compliance Tool will help you determine if your item is eligible for License Exception STA (see Section 740.20 of the EAR) and if you are prepared to meet the compliance requirements. The tool is now updated for 600 series and 9x515 ECCNs.
