This tool pulls information from Supplement No. 1 to Part 774 of the EAR.

How to use: Locate your item's Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) by searching the keywords or focusing by category and product groups. After finding a potential ECCN match, expand the accordion to ensure your item fits the technical specifications listed. You may need to review several ECCNs to identify the right match.

Need help? Review the CCL Order of Review to better understand the classification process for your item. If you need additional assistance, you can submit a commodity classification request to BIS in SNAP-R or contact an export counselor for guidance. Please note: The Interactive CCL search will look for matching terms in ECCN headers and subparagraphs; however, it won't highlight matches in subparagraphs. You will need to expand the accordion to see where the term is listed within the entry.
